Kids Beginner Bikes FAQ
While every child is unique and develops at their own pace, we recommend that children around 3-6 years old can start exploring the world of beginner bikes. At this age, many children have developed sufficient motor skills and co-ordination to begin mastering the art of balance and steering.
A balance bike lets children focus on developing balance and coordination first. This can be an excellent choice for younger toddlers, as they get accustomed to the sensation of being on two wheels. On the other hand, a Kids Beginner Bike with pedals, training wheels and sometimes gears, is designed for children who are ready to take the next step in their cycling journey. These bikes are ideal for kids around 3 to 6 years old.
