                                            Cubby House Range FAQ

                                            Cubby houses come in a few different forms, but at their most essential, they are a standalone structure with a door and windows, and space for a child to climb inside. They can be used for some fun role playing, hiding out in or just a place for kids to hang out.

                                            This will depend on your local council regulations, but generally, council approval is not necessary for a cubby house. If the structure is being used for other purposes, however, such as accommodation, you may need to seek council approval. Make sure to contact your local council if you think this may apply to you.

                                            Lifespan Kids has various options for accessories and add-ons to decorate your cubby house. You can of course fill the cubby with all your child’s favourite toys, of which Lifespan Kids has many to choose from. Having a large cubby house means you can accommodate more extravagant play equipment, such as play kitchens, sand pits and more.                                             This will depend on just how big your cubby house is, and whether you have a stand-alone cubby or an integrated play centre. Larger, elevated play houses may require dismantling and moving in sections. It’s not recommended to try moving one of our larger cubby houses in its finished state without more commercial equipment and assistance. Otherwise for our medium sized and smaller cubby houses, you should be able to move them either by yourself, or with the assistance of a group of people.
