Standalone Slides FAQ
Standalone slides are slides by themselves with no frame or additional structure. They will to be attached to something and are compatible with a wide range of play structures.
Our dedicated toddler standalone slides feature a gentle slope, non-slip steps and secure edges to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for young children. Safe standalone slides are perfect for introducing toddlers to outdoor play in a safe environment.
While our outdoor standalone slides are designed for the backyard, they’re portability means they can be taken anywhere with sufficient room. However, we recommend have a clearance of about a metre or so around the slide.
When shopping for durable kids slides, look for features such as weather-resistant plastic, UV stabilisation and a sturdy base. Weather-resistant kids slides will stand up to the elements and last longer, ensuring fun play for years to come.
To maintain your safe standalone slides, regularly check for any wear or damage, especially to the steps and base. Clean the slide with mild soap and water and store it in a shaded area when not in use to preserve its quality. Regular maintenance ensures that the slide remains fun and safe for your kids.
The slides come with screw points at the top, but hardware is not included, as different slides may require different mounting solutions depending on your setup. Follow the instructions carefully, and you’ll have the slide ready for use in no time.
