This promotion is conducted by Global Fitness & Leisure Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), including the following brand: Lifespan Fitness.

The promotion runs monthly. Each entry period begins at 12:00am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of that month.

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Participants must have purchased a product from Lifespan Fitness via an official branded website or authorised reseller.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

To enter, eligible participants must:

• Post a review on the product page of the item they purchased via an official brand website.

Entry Conditions

• Only one (1) review per product purchased is permitted.
• Each review must relate to a genuine purchase and reflect a unique, honest experience.
• Duplicate, misleading, or repetitive reviews may be disqualified.
• Entry is conditional on submitting a review of a purchased product. No additional purchase is required to enter.

Participants may receive additional entries by completing the following actions:

• Tag or follow the relevant brand social media account. Worth +1 (one) additional entry.
• Upload a photo with their review. Worth +1 (one) additional entry.
• Write a review with more than 50 characters. Worth +2 (two) additional entries.
• Include a video in their review. Worth +3 (three) additional entries.

Verification

• Bonus entries will only be counted where actions can be reasonably verified by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to reject unverifiable or fraudulent bonus entries.

• Reviews must be genuine, accurate, and based on real customer experience.
• Entries must not contain misleading, deceptive, offensive, or unlawful content.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.

• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• Monthly Prize: One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly draw and will receive a $100 AUD digital gift card. Previous winners are not eligible to be drawn again.
• Quarterly Prize: Beginning in October 2026, every third month will be designated as a Quarterly Prize draw. In a Quarterly Prize month, the Quarterly Prize will replace the Monthly Prize, and one (1) winner will receive a $500 AUD digital gift card. Previous winners are not eligible to be drawn again.
• Quarterly Prize draws will occur every three (3) months from October 2026, being October, January, April and July, and will continue on this cycle thereafter.
• For clarity, the initial prize schedule is:
  August 2026 – Monthly Prize
  September 2026 – Monthly Prize
  October 2026 – Quarterly Prize
  November 2026 – Monthly Prize
• The winner will be published on the Review to Win page.
• Digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Prize Conditions

• The prize will be provided as a VISA Gift Card and may be used wherever VISA Gift Cards are accepted, subject to the card issuer’s applicable terms and conditions.
• Standard gift card terms and expiry conditions apply.

• The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each monthly period at the Promoter's premises.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with their review.
• The winner's name (first name and initial or social handle) may be published on the Promoter's website or social media channels within 30 days of the draw.
• Monthly Draws: Each Monthly Prize draw will include all eligible entries received during that applicable calendar month only.
• Quarterly Draws: Each Quarterly Prize draw will include all eligible entries received during the applicable three (3) month quarter.
• Entries included in a Quarterly Prize draw will be based on the relevant quarterly period, beginning with the first quarter ending in October 2026.
• Entries will not carry over into future Monthly or Quarterly Prize draws once the applicable draw period has ended.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

This promotion involves incentivised reviews.

• Entrants must provide honest, unbiased feedback based on their real experience with the product.
• The incentive is offered regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish their review content (including text, images, and videos) for marketing and promotional purposes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and used for administering the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

Where required, this promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory laws, and relevant permits will be obtained.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
